Connected children grow up to be connected adults, who are connected to their social and natural environment

For millions of years, we lived in small groups of relatives. We learned to be connected with ourselves, each other, and our natural environment by daily practice. We learned 24/7 to know what we needed, what we as a group needed, what our environment needed to stay connected. We stayed connected with our natural environment by movement. When imbalance occurred, we moved on to another place. With the agricultural revolution our connection with our environment changed and with that eventually also our social and personal connection. The industrial revolution broke the connection with our social environment by widely spreading mandatory education over the globe. This revolution needed cheap mass educated workers to succeed. The state now decided when children had to leave their families instead of the child himself when he was ready to stand on his own feet. What seems to work then, actually never worked for the wellbeing of many of us. The school system was built for the ‘average human being’. It tried to fit every child and youngster in an average mold. But when we look at intelligence for instance, at least one third does not fit that mold. Mass education became the big equalizer of intelligence. At least, that seems to be the case if we do not pay attention to the mental and lifelong damage it causes, for generations, for example among high gifted children and young people. As well as among gifted adults. Because most workplaces today are largely suitable for ’the average’. This causes enormous damage to society, including the economy: keeping talent small is keeping society small.

Trias Vita focuses on bridging the gap between mandatory education and homeschooling, so all children get the opportunity to develop their full potential. Children would benefit the most if we all worked together. Schools also becoming knowledge and skills centres where families could meet for lifelong learning. Development centres as Trias Vita as direct support and social system for families. Thanks to the digitization of society businesses could facilitate their workers to work everywhere. This can restore the family bond that children need to develop into mentally and physically healthy adults. Not to forget that it can also support the wellbeing of parents by supporting them to strengthen their band with their children this way and with that strengthen businesses. Restoring the family union gives back the right to children to stand on their own feet when they feel they are ready. In creates the space for children to explore without force (Wu wei), to find their balance (Yin & Yang) within themselves on their life path (Tao). This also restores the connection with the environment, so they learn to care for it from day one of our lives, socially and environmentally. This can boost innovation exponentially. Connected people, build connected societies, staying connected with their natural environment.

Over a week, on March 21, 2026, Trias Vita will start ‘Natural Oasis’ for the youngest children. A weekly moment in which children aged 3 to 5, in the presence of their parent(s), are given the space to explore themselves in relation to themselves, each other, and the natural environment.

For those who are interested, you can still sign up.

A try out period is included.

By starting to support the youngest children in their development, Trias Vita aims to grow organically in the coming years and decades, following its own path (Tao), in balance (Yin & Yang), and without force (Wu wei), in order to increasingly support children and youngsters in developing lifelong connectedness. On this path, Trias Vita is always open to schools, professionals, and organisations that want to collaborate to build connectedness and support children and youngsters in following their personal connected development path.
