Ecosystemic Development that gives space to every child, youngster, and adult to develop – Trias Vita
Alles wat groeit en bloeit, wil zich ontwikkelen zoals het bedoeld is, ook mensen. Zo toonde Charles Darwin aan dat individuele dieren van elke soort, unieke én met de groep gedeelde eigenschappen hebben die zich van nature willen ontwikkelen. Dat geldt ook voor de mens, élk kind, jongere en volwassene. Die ontwikkeling is inherent aan het leven en zoekt de ruimte om tot volle wasdom te komen. De huidige hoogtechnologische mondiale wereld, waarin mensen met (ver) uitlopende eigenschappen op allerlei aspecten steeds dichter en op kleinere oppervlakken op elkaar wonen en leven, maakt het extra uitdagend voor mensen om zich levenslang verbonden te blijven ontwikkelen met zichzelf, de ander en de natuurlijke leefomgeving. Het gestandaardiseerde onderwijs en de gestandaardiseerde manier van werken, wat geen enkele ruimte laat voor verschillen tussen mensen, beschadigd onnodig en vaak met levenslange gevolgen op alle aspecten van een mensenleven.
Trias Vita transformeert het huidige gestandaardiseerde onderwijs tot levenslange Ecosystemische Ontwikkeling. Hierbij biedt Trias Vita ondersteuning aan iedereen, dus ook aan kinderen en jongeren die thuisonderwijs volgen en kinderen en jongeren die buiten het schoolsysteem vallen omdat ze unieke talenten bezitten die het reguliere onderwijs niet ondersteunt. Maar gezien mensen zich levenslang ontwikkelen, biedt Trias Vita niet alleen kinderen en jongeren de mogelijkheid om zich verbonden te ontwikkelen, maar ook volwassenen. Zo wordt iedereen de mogelijkheid geboden om zich verbonden te ontwikkelen met zichzelf, de ander en hun natuurlijke leefomgeving. Op die manier ontstaat een evenwichtig fundament en krijgen kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen de mogelijkheid om zich in een voortdurend veranderende omgeving levenslang en in balans te blijven ontwikkelen.

Ecosystemische Ontwikkeling schrijft geen leefregels voor, maar nodigt uit om je volledig te ontwikkelen in verbinding met jezelf, anderen en je natuurlijke leefomgeving. Het gaat onder andere uit van het filosofische principe vanuit het taoïsme dat ieder mens zich optimaal ontwikkelt wanneer hij op zoek kan gaan naar zijn eigen weg (Tao), in balans (Yin & Yang) en zonder dwang (Wu wei). Tevens is het gebaseerd op Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s (1712-1778) gedachtegoed, dat steunt op het principe dat educatie de natuurlijke ontwikkeling van het kind dient te volgen en het opdringen van abstractheden waar het kind nog niet aan toe is alleen leidt tot verwarring en weerstand. Zonder innerlijke balans en het ontbreken van uniciteit tussen mensen, zijn kennis en vaardigheden van weinig waarde. Niet alleen van weinig waarde voor het individu, maar ook voor de samenleving, de natuurlijke leefomgeving en zelfs economie. Ecosystemische Ontwikkeling biedt ruimte voor autonomie, sociale verbondenheid, competentie (Deci & Ryan) en de liefde voor de natuur waarmee wij allen geboren zijn (E.O. Wilson). Daarbij wordt de langzame genetische verandering van mensen (Y. Xue et al., 2009) onderkend en biedt daarmee de mogelijkheid om jezelf levenslang evenwichtig te ontwikkelen ondanks de razendsnelle veranderingen in de wereld om je heen. Trias Vita richt zich daarmee op een totale evenwichtige ontwikkeling, zowel cognitief, sociaal-emotioneel, zintuiglijk-lichamelijk als ondernemend, creatief en intuïtief. Zodat zowel de unieke als gedeelde eigenschappen van kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen (verder) tot ontwikkeling kunnen komen.
Trias Vita ondersteunt kinderen en jongeren in samenwerking met jou als ouder(s) om je kind(eren) volledig te laten ontwikkelen. Trias Vita biedt jou als volwassene ondersteuning om weer verbonden te raken met jezelf en jezelf levenslang verder te ontwikkelen volgens jouw unieke pad.

Everything that grows and flourishes wants to develop as it is meant to be, including people. For example, Charles Darwin showed that individual animals of each species have unique characteristics shared with the group that naturally want to develop. This also applies to people, every child, youngster, and adult. This development is inherent to life and seeks the space to reach full maturity. The current high-tech global world, in which people with (far) different characteristics live and live closer to each other in all kinds of aspects and on smaller surfaces, makes it extra challenging for people to continue to develop connected to themselves, others and the natural environment throughout their lives. The standardised education and the standardised way of working, which leaves no room for differences between people, damages unnecessarily and often with lifelong consequences on all aspects of a human life.
Trias Vita transforms current standardised education into lifelong Ecosystemic Development. Trias Vita offers support to everyone, including children and youngsters who are homeschooled and children and youngsters who are excluded from the school system because they have unique talents that regular education does not support. But since people develop throughout their lives, Trias Vita not only offers children and youngsters the opportunity to develop connected, but also adults. In this way, everyone is offered the opportunity to develop connected with themselves, others and their natural environment. In this way, a balanced foundation is created and children, youngsters and adults are given the opportunity to continue to develop in a constantly changing environment throughout their lives.

Ecosystemic Development does not prescribe rules of life, but invites you to fully develop in connection with yourself, others and your natural environment. It is based, among other things, on the philosophical principle from Taoism that everyone develops optimally when he can discover his own path (Tao), in balance (Yin & Yang) and without force (Wu wei). It is also based on Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s (1712-1778) philosophy, which is based on the principle that education should follow the natural development of the child and that the imposition of abstractions that the child is not yet ready for only leads to confusion and resistance. Without inner balance and the lack of uniqueness between people, knowledge and skills are of little value. Not only of little value to the individual, but also to society, to the natural environment, and even to economy. Ecosystemic Development offers space for autonomy, social connectedness, competence (Deci & Ryan) and the love for nature with which we are all born (E.O. Wilson). In addition, the slow genetic change of people (Y. Xue et al., 2009) is recognised and thus offers the opportunity to develop oneself in a balanced way throughout one’s life despite the rapid changes in the world around you. Trias Vita focuses on a total balanced development, both cognitive, social-emotional, sensory-physical as well as entrepreneurial, creative and intuitive. So that both the unique and shared characteristics of children, youngsters and adults can (further) develop.
Trias Vita supports children and youngsters in cooperation with you as a parent(s) to allow your child(ren) to fully develop. Trias Vita offers you as an adult support to reconnect with yourself and to develop yourself further throughout your life according to your unique path.
