Do you really love the other person? Whoever it is, your partner, your child, your father, mother, uncle, aunt, and/or a friend? If you truly love the other person, do you really love yourself? Do you know who you are? What you can? What you want? Are you living as who you are? Are you living what you can? Are you living what you want? How can you love, if you do not even know who you are, what you can, what you want? Is this even love or dependence? Insecurity about being, feeling, and knowing who you really are.
“How can you love, if you do not even know who you are, what you can, what you want?”
Afraid of being openly humiliated when you show yourself as you are. But is that really the worst thing that could happen to you? What if you never dare to be yourself? What if you never dare to love yourself? What if that means you never dare to love someone else? What then?
What feels easiest is not always the best path. What feels hardest becomes the easiest path if you practice regularly. Falling, getting up, and moving forward again and again—and that process can actually bring a lot of joy and a precious, beautiful gift: your true love for yourself and for others.
“What feels easiest is not always the best path. What feels hardest becomes the easiest path if you practice regularly.”
Whatever goal you set for yourself in life—a happy family, your own business, good health, a deep friendship, being there for someone else…
…it becomes easier, lighter, and more fun if you know who you are, what you can do, and what you want, and actually dare to be that every single day!
With Mirror Theatre, guided by a coach, you get a clear sense of who you are, what you can, what you want, who you want to be in relation to others, and how you want to contribute in relation to them. With Mirror Theatre, you get a sharp picture of yourself, so that just by being, you naturally show your value to the world. With Mirror Theatre, you take the steps that best fit your development at that moment. In this way, step by step, you become more connected with yourself, others, and your environment. Mirror Theatre increases your personal effectiveness, resilience, and the trust in yourself and others, which also benefits working together. This gives you the opportunity to make choices that suit you, both personally and professionally.
“Whatever goal you set for yourself in life… it becomes easier, lighter, and more fun if you know who you are, what you can, and what you want, and actually dare to be that every single day!”
The annual Mirror Theatre course can be taken by children, youngsters, and adults, and is adapted to the participant’s developmental level. This means you can join or leave at any time of the year, depending on what feels right for you and what fits your abilities. Additionally, Mirror Theatre is also offered in-company and at parties and events.
