Your child’s development flows through energy

When energy can flow freely in children, their development is optimally supported. Playing, having fun, dancing, singing, building, laughing, moving, and exploring allows energy to flow freely and connects you with yourself. Playing together, having fun with each other, dancing and singing with each other, building with each other, laughing with each other, moving with each other, exploring with each other, sharing, and connecting, not only allows energy to flow freely in your own body, but in each other’s bodies and is shared with one another. By playing together, having fun together, dancing and singing with each other, building with each other, laughing with each other, moving with each other, exploring with each other, sharing, and connecting, as a child, you push your boundaries. You are not only expanding the boundaries of your development, but also of your life energy. You not only share your life energy, but together you also increase the amount of life energy that flows. Life energy gives resilience. Not only in the moment itself, but also afterwards. You can pass on life energy through stories across generations. Allowing life energy to flow structurally not only supports your development but also pushes boundaries. It makes you brave and gives you strength. It gives you the desire to discover more of yourself, of others, and of the world around you. It creates the trust to follow your own path (Tao), in balance (Yin & Yang) and without coercion (Wu wei).

The energy that you then literally feel flowing through your veins and between each other unconsciously reminds you of how, as a child, you felt the life energy flowing through your little body when you were still in your mother’s womb. Life energy is what your life began with. The warmth it gave you, a feeling of coming home and grounding. Even then, you unconsciously learned that sharing energy allows you to develop, to develop together. Even then, you could not get enough of it.

Trias Vita is a centre for lifelong development that supports children and young people to develop in connection with themselves, others, and the natural environment from an ecosystemic Taoist life perspective: finding your path (Tao) in balance (Yin & Yang) and without force (Wu wei).
